Profile Description

I was a Virtual Assistant of a company that is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. I worked for the HR Department. Basically the tasks that I worked on was processing their new hires; independent contractors which they send out to some Fortune 500 companies as sales agents. They have different markets in Washington, Oregon, California, Missouri, etc. I schedule the new hires for a drug screen at www.myescreen.com and after they get a negative result, I will screen them at www.backgroundchecks.com. I keep track of all the new hires that i have processed and I put it in a Tracker spreadsheet (MS Excel), I update it fro time to time and everyday I send out this tracker to market specific managers. This job is fast paced since, you need to process a task within 45 minutes. Also, I make Exhibit forms for each new hire once they have completed the process and I edit their certificates from the two portals.
I know photoshop and MS Word and MS Excel. I have a Wordpress account but I havent updated it lately since I was busy with my previous job. I love to customize my blog. You can view it here: mystonie29.wordpress.com. I also had a Tumblr account, mystonie29.tumblr.com.
I will work self directed and I can multi task.
