All of the call centers I worked for offered training to enhance my customer service skills. I worked as a Subject Matter Expert in 24/7 Customer for about a year so I am knowledgeable in managing and training people.
Computers have been a part of my daily life, so I know MS applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. I am also in the process of learning Adobe Photoshop because I am in charge of our office bulletin board. So I have to edit and print pictures as well.
I am hardworking, has self discipline and very goal oriented. I have a keen eye for details. I want to make sure that everything is done as planned and I am time conscious that is why I meet deadlines. I hate cramming.
