Licensed Pharmacist | Healthcare Virtual Assistant | EMR & Medication Management Specialist
I am a licensed pharmacist based in the Philippines with over six years of combined experience in hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy, and remote healthcare virtual assistance supporting U.S.-based medical practices.
I previously worked at a Level 2, ISO-certified hospital where I handled inpatient and outpatient dispensing, medication order verification, Unit Dose Drug Delivery System (UDDDS), TPN and admixture preparation, inventory management, and medication safety monitoring. I also supervised junior pharmacists and pharmacy interns and coordinated closely with physicians and nurses to ensure accurate and safe medication use.
Currently, I work remotely as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, supporting U.S. providers with medication-related tasks, EMR documentation, chart review, and pharmacy coordination. I have hands-on experience navigating EMR systems such as AdvancedMD, Epic, and eClinicalWorks, including ordering medications through U.S.-based pharmacies, reviewing provider instructions, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
My strengths include strong attention to detail, clear English communication, and a deep understanding of U.S. medical terminology, prescribing workflows, and HIPAA compliance.
