I have been working in long term planning, interpreting, implementing and assisting to every goals that is aligned in a year. I have been handling different kinds of people from the work I have experienced. I can tell that I am good in interpersonal skills. I also am good in handling issues and problems from my colleagues and subordinates. I am more apt to work when time is under constrained or been pressured from a situation or deadlines.
I know how to work on computer and been handling communication for 13 years. I do emailing from my part time job to clients. I have encouraged team members under my care and been good in maintaining good relationship with them. I have been good in researches and decision making from the management.
