I was working in a call center for about 2 years. I was a product support specialist catering technical support to all networking products of linksys most specially the whole north american region. My main job was to give all out technical support to all level 1 and level 2 networking devices of linksys. At the same time, i was also a part of a special team called ESP that handles technical support and up-selling.
