I am Lourely Jean Tuastumban.
I graduated last 2009 BS Nursing. I’ve worked in a BPO Industry for 7 years. I started as Customer Service Representative, Financial Support Tier 2, Subject Matter Expert, Quality Specialist and recently Team Leader (Supervisor) for Technical Support. I am good in writing and speaking the English language. I have good email etiquette as well. I am responding to emails back and forth. I have been handling, teaching and coaching good customer service skills to Technical Representative Agents for 8 years.
I am a goal oriented person who accepts challenges positively. A person who is determined, hard working and passionate in doing whatever task assigned to me. My goal is to seek an employment where I can use my talents and skills to grow and to help expand the business of my
employer. I want also to excel in the filed with perseverance and dedication. I will do everything that I can to become a successful Virtual Assistant.
