Profile Description

I have work experience in NEMA Enclosures Design using Solidworks software for 3 years. NEMA Enclosures are used provide a degree of protection to personnel against access to hazardous parts and to provide a degree of protection of the equipment inside the enclosure against ingress of dust, dirt, snow or water. My job is to produce Customer Approval Drawing, showing the material, dimension, paint job of the finished product with all its components and approximate weight. After the customer approval, I will produce detail or fabrication drawing that will be use in the production of the product. In the fabrication drawing, I put the material, sheetmetal gauges, dimensions, thread size, and bill of materials. In this work experience I learn many efficient command in Solidworks for accuracy and timely drawings. I also learn sheetmetal gauges and material, components used in NEMA enclosures, pipe threads and bolts and washers sizes.
I also have work experience in Steel Structure and Plant Machine detailing using Autocad software for 2.5 years. My job is to create part, detail, assembly drawings, steel material and parts list. My job is also to check the drawing according to Japanese and Company drawing standards. In this work experience I learn many efficient command in Autocad for accuracy and timely drawings. I also learn the steel members like channel and beams, steel plates, angle bars, bolts and nuts used in Steel structure and Plant machine. I also learn fits and tolerance, and welding symbols and application.
