My recent job meant juggling project finances, managing documentation, coordinating with partners such as WHO and DOH, scheduling meetings, and ensuring everything stayed on track. I’ve also been the go-to person for preparing reports and facilitating simulations for research projects.Before that, I was an Administrative Assistant at Integrated Acute Critical Emergency Services, handling company registration, payroll, and communications for three years. I’ve also worked as a Project Development Officer for Upper Casecnan Hydro, where I tracked project timelines, coordinated field visits, and managed expenses. I also taught Business English to Japanese and Korean students for a couple of years, which really sharpened my communication and listening skills.Along the way, I’ve become very comfortable using tools like ---------- , Trello, Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 to keep projects organized.
