Hi, I am Anchonete Padua, with 2 years and 8months solid experience for a healthcare account based in US.
I am customer service advocate for United Healthcare where I answer inbound calls from dental offices regarding questions about patients' eligibility, claims status and insurance verification.
With that experience, I learn on how to deal with different patient. The frustrated one, calm, the customer that needs more time to get the necessary information and etc. So, in that situation I need to be more understandable and be knowledgeable at all times. By providing patients plan coverage, my goal is to provide accurate, exact and 100% correct information so I can bring smiles to the customers faces.
My recent role is a Data Entry Analyst where I analyze providers specific request and I update providers key information such as their name, primary addresses, tax id, national provider identification. I also do fee schedules update, terminate contracts of the provider, reprocess claims even if it is not in system, claim closed and also those undeliverable checks. I also do audits, like for example if the providers request is to backdate the effective date of the tax id, remit address or any info of the provider, that is the time that we need to conduct audit because there is a chance that there are claims performed in the effective backdate and still not cashed.
I also do outbound calls to get necessary documentation from the provider office to update their info.
I also do have a training with MedVA. Taining includes advanced dental courses, answering phone calls, imaging and lab ordering, dental claims and billing and last is orthodontics virtual assistant training.
As your dependable Dental Admin, I will reduce administrative burdens, enhance patient experiences, and optimize practice efficiency. I can manage appointment reminders, follow-ups, and even answer patient queries via
Because of my deep understanding of HIPAA regulation and dental terminology, I am well prepared to seamlessly integrate into your team growth.
