Hi, I'm Engr. Raymark, a Civil Engineer and Estimator/Quantity Surveyor with nearly two years of experience working for an Australian commercial fit-out company.

I specialise in preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, tender submissions, subcontractor procurement, and project cost planning for commercial fit-out projects. I also have hands-on experience as a Structural Engineer, Project Supervisor, and Draftsperson across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

I am familiar with Australian construction practices and commercial fit-out standards, with experience interpreting architectural, structural, services, and joinery drawings. My structural engineering background includes the design and analysis of reinforced concrete and structural steel in accordance with AS 3600, AS 4100, ACI, AISC, and NSCP standards.

I am proficient in Buildxact, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, RFEM, IDEA StatiCa, SAFE, and Microsoft Office, enabling me to deliver accurate estimates, technical drawings, and structural calculations efficiently.
