Profile Description

I am a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management graduate, have not been engaged in managing business though. After college, my work experiences put me into office works, like accounting, data entry and processing and a bunch of researching and article writing. Now I am in a call center company for 8 years and is planning to heighten and lengthen my knowledge with writing and researching which is my first choice in college. Being in a call center have given me more experience than I can have in terms of communication and writing skills because if theres a need to do multi-tasking due to queue, unlimited customer concern and quality service, we'll definite go for it.
