I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce and I majored in Management Accounting. I have worked for a few years as a payroll associate and has also functioned as one of the Human Resource staff. Secretarial duties are also not new to me for I have been trained to do such tasks as well.
Aside from that field, I am also an experienced outbound and inbound call center agent. My outbound experience was more on market research. We call our respondents and let them participate in different surveys to accurately forecast the needs of the customers and at the same time know their complaints and dislikes. With regards to my inbound experience, I have worked as a technical support representative for an american internet service provider. We usually assist our customer when they have internet connection problems, inquiries and also help them with basic computer troubleshooting.
