In terms of human resources, I assist in the recruitment process by scheduling
interviews, contacting shortlisted applicants, and sending out formal communications such as interview schedules and follow-up

My background in Information Technology provided me with a solid foundation in computer systems, software applications, and digital tools. Additionally, in my 1 year and 2 months as a Finance and Admin Assistant, I regularly utilized spreadsheets, accounting software, and administrative platforms for invoice processing, records management, and reporting. These combined experiences enhanced my computer literacy, making me proficient, adaptable, and efficient in using various digital tools for administrative and financial tasks.

In my 1 year and 2 months as a Finance and Admin Assistant, I handled various accounts payable tasks, including processing supplier invoices, verifying billing details, preparing payment vouchers, and ensuring timely settlement of obligations. I regularly coordinated with vendors for invoice clarification, maintained organized AP records, and assisted in reconciling statements to ensure accuracy.
