• Cost Estimation – Accurate estimation of the costs associated with the Project that involves analyzing project
specifications, material, labor costs and other factors needed for the Variation Orders: Extra Work and Change Orders.
• Budget Management – Monitoring and identification of potential cost overruns and cost-saving measures to ensure the
project remains within budget constraints.
• Quality Assurance – Inspection to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
• Contract Administration – Reviewing contract documents, assessing variations and claims, resolving disputes that may
arise during the construction process, coordinating of project revisions between the Implementing Office and Contractor.
• Cost Control – Tracking costs against the budget and identifying variances to keep the project on track financially.
• Account Settlement – Evaluating the work completed, assessing any variations or additional costs, preparing of Statement
of Work Accomplishments including billing documents.
• Reinforcing Steel Bars Cutting Lists – Making of cutting lists including the quantification and procurement of the reinforcing
steel bars.
• Documentation and Reporting – Creating reports of inspections, variation orders, accomplishment reports, test results,
and compliance reports.
