Quality and Support Analyst August 2015 - PRESENT, Quezon City Duties and responsibility: AUDIT- conduct audits per agent on a daily basis to ensure quality of work and compliance to processes. Submit Reports to support the study, evaluate information, and present analysis. Ensure that client complaints are resolved and not repeated in future. Real time support - the go-to person who will support teammates on back-end concerns related to functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility issues in their day-to-day tools and tasks. The first level of escalation in analyzing and resolving problems, working closely and in association with other concerned departments. Reporting - submit weekly and monthly quality reports, identifying potential quality issues per defined process, and escalating quality issues immediately to management. Kenso Hirato enthusiasm for photography started as a leisurely pursuit, taking pictures of Cosplay and other fashion events. Opportunities opened up and he heeded the call to do it professionally. He is known for his fashion photography, having worked with a male magazine (M magazine Philippines), as well as with their various sponsors and events, having done pages for leading style publication. He was trained by one of the best photojournalist Francis Malasig from EPA(European Press Association) he learned not only how to work under pressure but to work fast and efficient. Kenso is also known for creating fascinating photos for events like birthday,debut,newborn,wedding and prenup(engagement shoot) which is outstanding. A member of a reputable club (Nikon Club Philippines) makes him not only active he is also up to date in all aspect of photography He believes that photography is a lifetime pursuit where there is constant learning, and creativity is endless.
