Hello I am ---------- Marie ---------- , you can call me Chie for short. I came from Philippines. I've started my Virtual Assistant career last 2021. Even though I'm new in the industry I can say that I've done various jobs in Customer Service Representatives, Sales Representative and Executive Healthcare Assistant. In my previous role as Customer Service, I can do calls, email and chat, for the calls I'm using Micollab, Intranet for the email, and Zendesk for the chat. Being a customer service help me grow my communication skills. I answer all their query and help them resolve their concerns. I make sure that I gave them a good Customer Service that they need. I always put my shoe to every customer same as when I was working as Sales Representative, I meet the customers need while obtaining orders from existing potential sales outlet. When I was in sales I also do blended channels like calls, chat and email. For the email I'm using google account, Hubspot for the chat and office device for the call. I make sure that every month I reach my quota and goals that I need. I also make sure that I help the company's growth not only through sales. In my previous role as Healthcare Executive Assistant I handled task like scheduling appointments, checking insurance eligibility, and doing outbound calls. I've become proficient and manageable in my tools. I'm using Practice Fusion as my main tools, while Teleconsole for the outbound calls. I can do multitasking but I make sure that I manage my time well. I am a problem solver, I can easily adopt new things. I am a fast learner, good listener, passionate hardworking, and highly organize. With those skills and experience I am very positive that I will be your next Virtual Assistant. In addition I can communicate well and work effectively in the team.
