Looking back at my 10 years in architectural drafting, I can confidently say that my role has not only involved producing technical drawings but has also included the ability to bridge the gap between design, engineering, and construction. I’ve developed the ability to think critically, work efficiently, and collaborate effectively with all team members, ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

I developed 3D models and animations showcasing rendered exterior and interior perspectives, including large-scale projects for commercial buildings, institutional facilities, and residential properties.

With over nine years of experience in both office and field work, I have honed my skills in AutoCAD drafting, specializing in creating detailed and comprehensive working drawings. My expertise covers architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical plans, including blow-up details, cost estimates, and adherence to building standards and codes. Throughout my career, I have successfully completed more than 300 building projects, preparing detailed plans from the foundation to the finishing stages, complete with material specifications and load computations.

I produced detailed and accurate cost estimates considering labor cost, material, equipment, and contigency cost.

I enhance my rendered perspectives using Photoshop and other editing on workign drawing templates if needed.

I use microsoft excel in preparing cost estimates of the project from excavation works, masonry, reinforcing steel, finishing, electrical, plumbing and mechanical works.

I specialize in full-scope cost estimation for residential and commercial projects, including custom builds, new construction, and renovations. My expertise covers detailed quantity takeoffs and the accurate calculation of labor, material, equipment, and contingency costs. Proficient in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Excel, I deliver precise estimates, comprehensive cost breakdowns, and reliable budget forecasts to support efficient project planning and execution.
