I gained my bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Negros Oriental State University (NORSU). I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 4 years. I handled sales, inquiries and complaints. After which I completed a training and seminar in customer service to develop my customer service skills further. I do have prior experienced in Appointment Setting, Real Estate Cold Calling, Tech Support, Sales Representative and Admin Assistant in a Real Estate company where I make contracts and investment analysis report.
My job experiences have polished my skills further. I am self-motivated, hard working with great communication skill, capable to follow instructions easily and willing to learn. I am eager to learn to use any new tools that get the job done well. If given a chance, I will deliver to the best of my abilities.
