I developed a custom Excel-based estimation system for roads, bridges, fences, and two-story buildings. I am skilled in creating detailed cost breakdowns, material takeoffs, and labor estimates and experienced in optimizing spreadsheets for accuracy, efficiency, and ease of use in construction estimation.

I can say i am highly experienced when i am given projects to maintain and to update project records using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate tracking of accomplishments and progress, organize and analyze project data to support decision-making and reporting.

I compose letters to be sent by the Government to other agencies

I can prepare detailed as-built plans for construction projects, ensuring accurate documentation of field modifications as I am skilled in translating on-site conditions into precise drawings for roads, bridges, fences, and two-story buildings and proficient in using AutoCAD (if applicable) and Excel for project documentation and estimation.

I prepare and review Statement of Work Accomplished (SWA) along with supporting documents for billing, develop and verify bar charts, S-curves, and PERT-CPM schedules to track project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and ensure accuracy and completeness of project reports, aiding in efficient billing and project management.
