• Entering and organizing project data such as material quantities, cost details, and subcontractor information.
• Handling construction documents including blueprints, permits, purchase orders, and project reports.
• Assisting with estimate breakdowns, tracking material costs, and monitoring invoices.
• Coordinating with suppliers for quotations and following up with clients for updates and feedback.
• Providing remote administrative support to project managers, estimators, and site engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (Quantity Surveyor)
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Quick learner who adapts easily to new platforms and tools
Capable of handling both administrative and construction-related tasks
Participated in trainings and webinars related to Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation
