I'm an experienced Technical and Customer Support Agent, Telemarketer, VA, Email/Chat Support and Appointment setter Working in the BPO industry for 7 years equipped me with the knowledge and skills to achieve my goals.Right now, I've been working from home for 3 years now doing various kinds of jobs, I've been an English Tutor to Chinese students who would want to pass their IELTS exams and other freelancing jobs just to be able to gain more experience as I know I still have a long way to go.  I know that given proper training and some time to figure things out I know I can handle it. 
Able to experience using various software and applications such as Zendesk, SellerCloud, Freshsales, X-lite, Trello, Asana and so on.
My objective is to deliver my knowledge and skills in customer service in both local and international clients who need assistance. I consider this not just a profession but a vocation that I am being called for, to serve others.
