Proactively follow up on applications and flag interview requests immediately
Leverage AI tools — Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT — for efficient, high-quality output
Perform QA testing, bug fixing, and site performance optimization
Keep WordPress websites updated, secure, and optimized
Design UI mockups and wireframes (Figma, Canva, Penpot)
Assist with admin tasks: email, scheduling, research, and file organization
Create graphics, presentations, and marketing materials (Canva)
Handle basic SEO, email campaigns, and content uploads
Work confidently with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, FileMaker, and Zoom
