Profile Description

I have been working with call center industry for more than 5 years. I have
experienced Inbound, Outbound, Inbound sales, Billing account Email and Chat
Support and other forms of Customer Service. I am also an expert Appointment
Setter for B2B campaigns. For almost 2 years, I have been working at home full
time. My main goal is to be able to provide the most efficient service and share my knowledge and skills to every client I am working with. I would also like to develop my expertise in each field.
I am currently working as a blogger and article writer on websites such as Triond, Hubpages, Helium, Associated content, Bukisa and Squidoo. Aside from that I am an active forum posters on many forum sites such as Digital point and the like. I have knowledge with Wordpress, Microsof Office application such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint. I can also
work with Photoshops and other image, video
and audio editing tools. I am a hardworking person with patience and effectiveness on projects that I do. I am also good both in English and Spanish language. Usually, I like the best jobs to be finished immediately with accuracy. I am willing to work with you in a long term basis and help you build your own company through the skills that I can give you.
