Profile Description

I am a detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with more than 9 years of excellent experience specializing in MPF (Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Works) for local and international projects. My background gives me a strong technical foundation when it comes to understanding HVAC systems, pipings, fire protection systems and plumbing & sanitary systems. I also have a proven experience when it comes to analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scopes to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates. I’ve worked on a variety of projects such as residential buildings, commercial (office, malls, retails, hotels, resort, etc.), industrial (factories, warehouse, etc.), institutional (schools, hospitals, etc.) and special purpose building (data centers, cold storage, etc.), where I was responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and tender documentation specifically for mechanical works. My background in mechanical engineering, combined with a deep understanding of industry materials, labor, and equipment rates, enables me to provide competitive cost estimates.
