World, I've managed preventive maintenance schedules, conducted QA checks before system handover, coordinated cross-functional teams, and handled real-time problem-solving during live operations. These roles reinforced what I already knew: reliable execution and clear documentation are what keep complex systems from breaking down.

My Engineering and Communications Engineering degree (Saint Louis University) grounds everything in systems thinking — I naturally look for the process behind the problem.

Alongside my work experience, I'm actively building skills in:
