Profile Description

I have been into a lot of kinds of work since I was 20. I became a substitute English and math tutor for Kumon method of learning where I taught kids to speak and write English as well as do arithmetic and algebra. Patience wise, I can say that I am very patient. I worked too in a University Library where I was in-charge of the internet laboratory and multi media facilities. I assists students in using computers and internet and do minor troubleshooting. After that I worked in an Association of Life Underwriters of the Philippines wherein I coordinated/organized fora and clinics for aspiring Life Underwriters. I was then in charge to do the program, look for a key note speaker and send invites to different Life Insurance companies for attendees. You might ask why I have been through a lot of kinds of work. When I was in college, I support myself to school. There was a time that I have to work and go to school and a time also that I have to work and stop schooling so when my finances were enough I can go back to school. I then work in a call center as a consultant. We helped AT&T Uverse members troubleshoot their wireless/internet, cable , voice over IP (VOIP) phones. We also then support billing inquiries and adjustments. So if your asking about customer service wise, I think I am above average. We used to talk to a lot of different kinds of Americans and we always make sure that we give them excellent customer service. After taking in calls, I got promoted and became a senior consultant, this time I was supporting/coaching newbies or consultants. The challenging part of this job is making consultants do their best in terms of communicating to the customers especially in giving out bad news positively and coaching would vary from one to the other depending on the type of personality.
English communication wise , I am above average.
