I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, with a major in Mathematics. Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I worked in customer service and retail at SM, where I learned how to communicate with different people, solve problems, stay organized, and work well under pressure.

Right now, I'm learning more about GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM management, lead tracking, and automation. I also know how to use Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Docs to help manage emails, schedules, organize data, and create documents efficiently. I enjoy learning new tools and finding better ways to make daily tasks easier and more organized.
