As a graduate in Real Estate Management and a Real Estate Salesperson, I was marketing real estate properties by creating marketing materials using Canva and posting it on social media accounts.

I am a passionate customer service representative with more than 8 years of experience. My experiences are listed below. *Travel agent - assisted customers in booking and changing hotel, flight and car reservations. *Technical Support - assisted customers fix their mobile phone issues by doing basic troubleshooting. I was part of Support group where we handle complaints call. *Billing Consultant - assisted customers with their bill inquiries and disputes. *Sales and Lead Generation Specialist - offered products to customers to upsell, add a new product and process orders. *Subject Matter Expert - assisted novice agents in following the correct process *Loan Consultant - processed client’s loan requirements submitted, advise client of their loan status and submit their application for approval *Collections Representative - assisted customers with their past due accounts, collect payments, schedule payments and submit disputes. *Support Role - listened to call recordings and do side by side coaching to agents. *Temporary Trainer - trained newly hired agents to be equipped with soft skills.
