Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Nursing but has been working as a billing specialist and enrollment processor for a US health insurance company outsourced here in the Philippines for almost 2 years now. I take in calls and speak to Americans everyday. Part of my job description as an enrollment processor is making sure that pertinent information of newly approved members are accurately entered into the data base. As a billing specialist, I am responsible for entering confidential bank information and as well as preparing the bills for members.
I am good in MS word and can type 28-30 wpm. I am a fast learner and I love the challenge of learning something new everyday especially when it comes to work.I am also fluent with both oral and written communication.
