With experience in designing and estimating fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling systems, I support electrical contractors and security integrators in producing competitive, bid-ready proposals and complete system layouts.

What I do:
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
• Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for bidding
• Design fire alarm system layouts, riser diagrams, and device placement
• Create CCTV, access control, and structured cabling system layouts
• Review drawings to ensure code compliance and system completeness
