Profile Description

In my previous years of work, I have primarily concentrated on residential projects, specializing in tasks such as interior fit-outs, design, exterior design, and renovations for various types of houses including two-storey houses, bungalows, townhouses, and resthouses. During these projects, I am involved in both creating visualizations and renderings, as well as actively participating on-site.
Additionally, I have gained experience in handling commercial buildings and condominium interior fit-outs, which encompass diverse establishments such as car washes, dress shops, penthouses, nail salons, and spas. Furthermore, I have expertise in landscape design, particularly in conceptualizing and designing the aerial view of projects.
To provide a more comprehensive overview of my skills, I have utilized various software applications throughout my portfolio. I primarily employ AutoCAD for producing 2D sketches and drafts, and SketchUp for creating 3D models. To enhance the visual representation of my designs, I utilize rendering software such as Vray, Lumion, Enscape, and recently, D5 Render. These tools enable me to generate realistic and immersive visualizations. I also have some familiarity with Twinmotion and possess a basic understanding of Unreal Engine.
