I am an individual who worked for the Business Process Outsourcing for the past 12 years and 9 months. I have acquired several skills like taking inbound and outbound calls for customers and professionals, I was also promoted as a mentor wherein I assist new hired employees as well as regular employees on how to work on their cases; on top of that I learned to perform spot checks on cases being worked on by agents that I support as well as taking part in client calibration with supervisors to check how agents worked on their cases, I am also responsible for the submission of their productivity reports under a strict deadline. Should I ever get hired as a Virtual Assistant, I will use the skills I acquired in order for the success of the company or individual that will hire me and this will also lead me to hone other skills aside from what I mentioned above for future growth.
