I have a solid experience as a Level 2 Technical Support Representative.
For 5 years I have been working in 1&1 Internet (world's largets webhosts) as a Level 2 Technical Support.
I am also a Customer service Manager for two Wordpress Premium Plugins.
A technical support (emaill and chat) for a wordpress design firm.
I have been developing,designing and maintaining websites for individuals and firms using HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Joomla on my own hosting for 4 years now. I have done customization from various Wordpress Premium Themes from different Premium Theme Developers as well
I do have much exposures on dealing with other webhostings as well like Godaddy, Hostgator, Bluehost, Siteground Hosting, Citrex Hosting, Ezimerchant Hosting and Justhost.
