I am a dedicated Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst with over seven years of experience in finance and reporting. I began my career as a Municipal Financial Analyst with Kalahi-CIDSS (Philippine Government) from 2017 to 2024, and I currently work as a part-time Bookkeeper for a US-based company. In my current role, I handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as reconciliations, invoice monitoring, accounts payable and receivable management, invoicing, expense recording, and financial reporting.

Alongside my career, I also manage my own 3 condo rental units, which has given me hands-on property management experience. I personally handle:

- Coordinating check-in and check-out with guests
- Communicating with clients and addressing inquiries
- Scheduling and managing cleaning services
- Keeping financial and occupancy records updated

This combination of bookkeeping expertise and real property management experience allows me to support business owners not only with their finances but also with operations that require attention to detail, organization, and strong communication.
