Hi, I’m Eli Santos. I work as a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert, mainly focused on building and fixing CRM systems, automations, and funnels that actually make business operations easier, not more complicated.

Most of my work revolves around setting up workflows, lead management systems, pipelines, and automation that handle follow-ups, bookings, and client journeys. I also do funnel building, email/SMS automation, and general CRM cleanup/optimization so everything runs smoother behind the scenes.

I’m the type who pays attention to details—because in systems like GHL, small mistakes can mess up the whole flow. I like making sure everything is organized, functional, and easy for the client to use even without technical knowledge.
