Profile Description

Currently an Online Conversion Manager for Globe Telecoms.I lead a team of 5 UX specialists who are in charge of driving end-to-end execution of website builds and UX/UI features. We aim to strike a healthy balance between business direction and customer experience. I take pride in working with group of creative individuals who are as enthusiastic as I am in working on things we love (good design, catchy content), despite constraints and challenges. I'm quick to learn and eager to improve, and value honest work.I have experience with:- Balsamiq- Sketch- Hotjar- Google Analytics

I have a combined experience in Product Management/Development of more than 16 years across 3 industries: Automotive, Telco, and Insurance/Finance. I have been part of the pioneering teams that launched the first e-commerce website for Globe, and more recently a part of the product design team of the first mobile-only insurance service in the country. I have honed and grown my skills through various positions I’ve held in these years, and strive to continue improving my craft.
