Buildium because I have done multiple bookkeeping cleanups for various property management companies. I have worked as a Junior Bookkeeper in an Accounting Firm. I know Quickbooks, Xero, Appfolio, Buildium, and Yardi. I know how Appofolio works, from entering charges and bills, checking tenant ledgers, reconciling bank accounts, and pulling financial reports. I understand the system well. My experience in working with Property Management companies, Real Estate investors, and Mortgage Companies also helped me understand how real estate accounting works.
