From the time I started working full time, I have gained skills in different areas as summarize below:
Accounting Skills - During my stay with Nestle & Negros Navigation, my accounting skills for Payables/Disbursement and its analysis was sharpened as I was dealing with it all the time for both local & foreign suppliers.
Clerical & People Skill - My working years at a call center had developed my clerical & people skills. I was working on data entry for encoding sensitive information on the clients data base.Also, assigned as assistant team lead, I learned how to deal & communicate with different personalities.
Management Skills-With my present job, management skills plays a major role. Being in-charge of HR & admin department, proper management skills for office is a must to run the office efficiently.Preparing of payroll and maintaining the staff personnel file requires precision.
