Profile Description

I have been a customer support representative to several large companies based in the US. I was a technical support representative for Bell South, AT&T, Comcast and Samsung. I was responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical concerns reported by customers. I also worked for PayPal as a tier 2 customer support representative handling calls for both personal and business accounts. I have done several freelance work via Upwork and other freelancing platforms as a Chat Support Representative, Data Entry specialist, Email support and Transcription work. I am flexible with the tasks handed to me.
