i have worked for an outsourcing company for about 2 and a half years(US customers) so i have already have an idea of the American culture. Being exposed to a different culture helped me a lot not just only with regards to work but also gained knowledge about the westerners. For those years ive spent handling customers over the phone, i think that i have already encountered all kinds of people.and with that i have learned how to deal
with each type. All through out my work experience, I have developed this trait of being patient and not to take things personally.
