I have a lot of experience in the hospitality field, mainly restaurant as a server and cashier. After this, I switched a different career path and took on the challenge of being part of the BPO industry as a CSR. My first account was with FIS , handled an in-house account called Prime, of which dealt with US customers' credit card concerns. I also did basic tech support here for the account's website called E-Z Cards. Next was with AIC or Bill Gosling company. Here I was account specialist for an energy account called Spark in the UK, of which provided energy services to people via electric and gas meters.
For the third BPO-related experience, I became a part also of a financial account concerning debit cards named Go2Bank. Here, I assumed the role of CSR or account manager for US callers with queries about their debit plastics. So generally, I am highly proficient in customer service-related work and knowledgeable in the hotel and Industry field. Hire me and you won't regret it.
