Sending documents via DocuSign and following up with all parties
Preparing missing documents and coordinating signatures with clients
Creating and uploading listing drafts on Bright MLS
Preparing addenda and contract changes after ratification
Ordering signs, creating flyers, and assisting with just listed / open house / just sold materials
Scheduling showings and managing appointments
Preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) and ARV
Searching properties on the MLS
Creating landing pages and squeeze pages and managing contacts in kvCORE
