Computer Science graduate, with a deep interest in Digital Marketing, who works at the intersection of technical execution and the coordination that keeps teams and projects moving. I've led development teams, owned delivery timelines, maintained live production systems, gathered requirements from operational staff, and managed budgets and communications for a 700-member organization.

I move easily between running a sprint board, resolving a production issue, and translating between technical and non-technical people—which makes me effective across project management, technical support, operations, and the coordinator and implementation roles that sit between them.

• Problem-solving & Technical Support — I diagnose and fix issues in live systems and keep them running well — resolving bugs, improving performance, and shipping the features people actually need. Maintain production websites for clients across multiple projects, handling bug fixes, performance, and feature requests.

• Communication & Enablement — I translate between technical detail and plain language, whether briefing stakeholders, writing documentation, or teaching.

• Process & Operations — I bring structure to messy work: gathering requirements, designing tracking and verification processes, managing budgets, and improving how things run.
