I am a Civil Engineer and Construction Professional with 14 years of experience across Philippine construction, real estate development, and U.S. residential construction. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide range of roles—Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Quality Control Engineer—managing teams, guiding clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with technical and safety standards. Most recently, I supported U.S. ADU construction projects, leveraging tools like Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CompanyCam to coordinate remote teams and streamline project workflows.
