Hi! I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management with hands-on experience in both customer service and administrative support.
I completed my on-the-job training in two different industries. I worked as a Customer Service Assistant onboard 2GO, where I handled guest concerns and ensured a positive travel experience. I also gained experience in cargo operations through my internship with Eva Air via 1 Aviation, where I was exposed to logistics and airport procedures.
Professionally, I started as a Receptionist at Ape Athletics Gym, where I developed strong communication and front-desk management skills. I then transitioned into a Virtual Assistant role with Stormnation Roofing and Solar. I began as a Personal Assistant, supporting daily operations, and was later promoted to the Recruiting Team, where I assisted in sourcing and screening candidates. Eventually, I became an Administrative Assistant, handling various back-office tasks, coordination, and organizational support.
I am known for being detail-oriented, adaptable, and easy to work with. I take pride in providing reliable support and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in any role I take on.
