I worked for teletech as a Technical support for an internet service provider (qwest ISP).I help customers with there internet connection problems, Install newly acquired modem from the company. there are also times that I need to dispatch a technician in an area or residence that has internet connection problems. we refer clients to higher tiers if problems are beyond our scoop.
I have also worked for Ventus PLDT as a customer support under Jackson Hewitt Tax preparation. help customer locate the nearest Jackson Hewitt office location near the customers area. I used MS word, note pad,Ms excel and Internet explorer as a tool in our work. I also know how to work with Photoshop 7, I not a expert on it but I know how to work my way and be able to finish my work on it.
