 I am a passionate Customer Service Representative handling Health Care Insurance for 7 years. I've been with Blue Shield of California insurance for 5 years and 6 months and with United Health Care insurance for almost 2 years. I was assigned to answer providers' inquiries regarding Eligibility, benefits, Claims status, and authorization.I also worked as a Medical Biller in a Medical facility located in California. I was assigned to do insurance verification, AR follow up,send claim dispute and Payment posting.I can surely use the skills that I have learned from my previous/current job to perform the task that you will provide.I always do my best to excel in the field where I am in and will make sure that all the target metrics are met.
