I am a Bookkeeper and Xero Certified Advisor who helps business owners maintain accurate financial records, organize bookkeeping processes, and keep their financial data up to date.

My services include bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, financial record management, data entry, and administrative support. I work with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom, Google Meet, and ChatGPT.

I bring over 10 years of professional experience in roles requiring accuracy, organization, transaction processing, record management, and attention to detail. My experience includes bookkeeping training projects using Xero and QuickBooks Online, where I performed bank reconciliations, managed accounts payable and receivable, processed invoices, maintained financial records, and generated reports. I also worked as a Payment Officer, handling financial transactions, verifying records, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation using Microsoft Excel and company systems.

I am currently based in Japan and available for long-term remote work. My availability is Monday during daytime Japan Standard Time (JST) and Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM JST. I am available for part-time opportunities of approximately 10+ hours per week and can work with clients in different time zones.
