I help business owners stay organized, generate qualified leads, and maintain a strong online presence.

I've been working remotely with U.S. and international clients for over six years. During that time, I've supported businesses in real estate, wellness, travel, and other service industries.

My experience includes real estate research using Crexi, owner identification, market analysis, lease administration, occupancy tracking, and AppFolio management. I also handle lead generation and business development, making 150–300 outbound calls daily and using ---------- to build and qualify prospect lists.

On the creative side, I create AI-powered video ads and animated content using HeyGen, VEO, Flow, CapCut, and Canva. I also manage social media pages, create graphics, write captions, run promotions and giveaways, and help businesses stay visible through consistent content and community engagement.

I'm comfortable handling customer inquiries through email and Messenger, following up with leads, and supporting day-to-day operations. I also have experience using HubSpot, Trello, Google Workspace, Calendly, and other tools for scheduling, reporting, and data management.

Most of the business owners I work with wear many hats, so I do the same. Whether it's lead generation, content creation, admin support, or customer engagement, I enjoy helping businesses stay organized and continue growing.
