General Video editing for YouTube version podcasts. This involves designing the opening and closing sequences, any commercials that will be inserted in the middle of the conversation, and editing the video content — censoring words, arranging the gallery of speakers on screen, and switching between speakers. On-screen graphics like lower-thirds and bugs are also included in the video editing. To ensure that I am able to publish on schedule, we utilize AI tools like DeScript and digital asset marketplaces like Envato to expedite my creative process.

Part of podcast production is deriving short form content from the full episodes and scheduling those short form content in advance to post on social media across the week.

I was responsible for designing a client’s show based on the Brand Style Guide they have provided. The Podcast Design involved: creating initial Graphic Designs, storyboarding the Opening & Closing Sequences, & designing Podcast Templates. Also developed and maintained workflow automations through Click Up and Zapier.

As lead podcast producer, part of my responsibility was to make sure the audio tracks were clean — minimal to no background noise and the audio track leveled appropriately. My audio editing toolset includes: ADOBE AUDITION • FINAL CUT PRO X • GARAGE BAND • DA VINCI RESOLVE • AUDACITY

I designed AI assisted process documentation using Descript and Claude. Team members record their process videos using Descript, and uploads their transcripts to Claude Team Projects where instructions are preset. Every process document output follows a branded template analyzed by AI to link with related process documents and organized in preferred knowledge base usually in Google Drive.
